摘  要:目的:对从广西等地暴发链球菌病的罗非鱼养殖场采集的病料分离的几株致病菌进行分离纯化和鉴定。方法:采用传统的常规方法和分子生物学鉴定方法对病菌菌株进行了综合的分析鉴定。结果:根据分离菌株的形态特征、生化特性初步鉴定这三个分离菌株为无乳链球菌株,再进行PCR检测、克隆测序及Blast比对分析,以及动物致病性回归试验等进行综合的分析,最后将分离纯化的三个菌株鉴定为无乳链球菌株。结论:这些无乳链球菌菌株的分离纯化和鉴定,为进一步研究罗非鱼无乳链球菌病的检测、监测方法和各种防控方法奠定了基础。Several strains of pathogenic bacteria which were separated from tilapia farms in the disease outbreak were identified.The traditional conventional methods and molecular biology method were used to identify pathogens.According to the morphological characteristics and biochemical characteristics the three separated strains were preliminarily identified as Streptococcus agalactiae.By Further analysis with PCR detection,cloning and sequencing and Blast comparison analysis finally,three separated strains were identified as Streptococcus agalactiae strains.The identification of these Streptococcus agalactiae strains have laid the foundation for the further study on diagnosis,monitoring and control methods of tilapia Streptococcus agalactiae disease.
