摘　　要：选取互联网+楼盘销售信息管理系统贯穿于软件工程教学实践的始终,根据软件的开发流程规范标准来设计楼盘销售系统,采用S2SH(Struts2+Spring+Hibernate)的整合框架,使用MVC的开发模式,设计完成了楼盘销售管理系统的基本功能。在此基础上针对该系统的特点,添加邮件和在线支付功能,提升了学生的创新实践能力与应用能力。Select an Intemet＋real estate sales information management system throughout the software engineering teaching practice, according to the specification standards of software development process to design a real estate sales system.Using integration framework S2SH （Struts2＋Spring＋Hibernate） and MVC development model,to complete the basic functions of real estate sales management system.On this basis,focusing on the system＇s features,this paper add the function of e-mail and online payment,enhancing the students＇ innovative practical ability and applied ability.
