摘  要:研究分析了一种用于汽车刹车系统的铝合金型材表面气泡缺陷的问题。观察了缺陷的宏观表征与显微组织,从铸造、挤压以及离线淬火等方面分析了气泡形成原因,明确气泡缺陷是在挤压工序中产生的。通过挤压实验成功地解决了气泡缺陷,提高了产品的成品率。The surface bubble defects of aluminum alloy profiles for automobile brake system are studied in this paper. The macroscopic characterization and microstructure of the defects were observed. The causes of bubbles were analyzed from the aspects of casting,extrusion and off-line quenching. It was concluded that the bubble defects were produced in the extrusion process. The bubble defect was successfully solved by extrusion test, and the yield of the product was improved.
