摘　　要：根据经管类人才培养的社会需求和政府指导,立足应用型经管类多专业实践教学的现状,引进企业价值链理论构建专业链教育模式,重构经管类多专业立体化实践教学内容体系,并与理论教学体系相辅相成形成经管类多专业"1334"应用复合型人才培养体系。According to the instruction of the government and the social demand of students of economics &management majors,based on the current situation of practical teaching of applied universities of these majors,the paper points out that schools should bring in the theory of the value chain of enterprises to build the specialty chain education mode in rebuilding the transdisciplinary practical teaching content system of the majors of economics & management and constitute "1334"type cultivating system of applied and disciplinary talents by combining the theoretical teaching system.
