摘　　要：丁苯酞是我国第一个具有自主知识产权的心血管类Ⅰ类新药,在临床上用于治疗缺血性脑卒中。丁苯酞虽然疗效确切,但水溶性差,使得丁苯酞衍生物成为了研究热点。本文从抗血小板聚集与抗血栓形成、线粒体保护、神经元细胞保护、抗氧化应激、促进神经再生5个方面综述丁苯酞及其衍生物对脑卒中作用机制的研究进展。Butylphthalide,the first class new cardiovascular drug with independent intellectual property rights in China,is used for the treatment of ischemic stroke.In spite of its sound therapeutic effects,it is of poor water solubility,thus making its derivatives a hot research spot.The paper gives a comprehensive review on the mechanisms of butylphthalide and its derivatives in the treatment of stroke from the perspectives of anti-platelet aggregation and formation of anti-thrombosis,mitochondrial protection,neuronal cell protection,anti-oxidative stress and the promotion of nerve regeneration.
