医院职务权力廉政风险精细化防控初探

摘　　要：为进一步规范医院党风廉政建设和反腐败工作,规范权力运行,四川大学华西医院按照中央《建立健全惩治和预防腐败体系2013—2017年工作规划》指导,以精细化管理理念为指导,从制度建设、组织保障、具体实践、强化监督、持续整改五大方面着手,大力推进院内职务权力廉政风险精细化防控,取得明显成效。并认为明确责任主体、量化防控结果、专项形式推进是有助于实现精细化防控的重要保障。In order to further standardize the integrity construction and anti-corruption work of the Party in hospitals, and regulate the operation of power, West China Hospital of Sichuan University, guided by 2013-2017 Work Planning tor the Establish-ment and Improvement in the System of Punishment and Prevention of Corruption, and the concept of refined management, starting from five aspects of system construction, organization guarantee, concrete practice, strengthened supervision and continuous improve-ment , vigorously promotes the effective and detailed prevention and control of the corruption of power in the office, and achieves sig-nificant results. It is believed that clear responsibility, quantitative prevention and control results, and special promotion are the impor-tant guarantees for the realization of detailed prevention and control.
