单梁起重机无触点开关的应用

摘　　要：空分厂单梁起重机目前仍采用大容量电磁式接触器,处于频繁启动、制动、正反转转换状态,要承受较大的机械过载和较大的电流冲击,接触器主触头经常发生烧蚀现象。无触点开关在电磁兼容性、可靠性、安全性等方面均优于电磁式接触器。因此建议采取一种目前技术比较成熟的双向晶闸管模块来替代接触器。The large capacity electromagnetic contactor is still used in the single girder crane of air separation plant, and often in the status of frequent start, brake, positive inversion transition state because of withstanding large mechanical overload and larger electric current impact, the ablation phenomenon of the main contact of the contactor often occurs. The electromagnetic compatibility, reliability, safety and other aspects of contactless contactor are better than electromagnetic contactor, so it is advisable to take the bidirectional thyristor module, for his relatively mature technology, to replace the contactor.
