摘  要:榆叶梅(Amygdalus triloba)是绿化美化城市园林的常见树种,具有较高的园林观赏价值和药用价值。但近年来大连市园林中的榆叶梅叶斑病发生较重,因此,查明病因,对症下药,实为迫在眉睫。本文采集了感病叶片,以单斑分离法、分离菌株致病性测定、形态学鉴定及分子生物学鉴定等,对大连市榆叶梅发生的叶斑病进行了病原菌鉴定。结果表明,榆叶梅叶斑病的致病菌为交链孢霉属(Alternaria)的甘蓝长尾交链孢霉[Alternaria brassicae]。Amygdalus triloba which is also called small peach,are green landscaping urban garden common species,which has a high ornamental value of the garden. and medical value. But in recent years,Dalian garden of the elm leaves plum leaf disease occurred heavier,therefore,to identify the cause,the right medicine,it is imminent. In this paper,we collected the susceptible leaves,identified by pathogenicity,pathogenicity identification and molecular biology identification. The pathogen identification of leaf spot in the Elm pratensis was carried out. The results showed that the pathogens of the Amygdalus triloba were Alternaria brassicae.
