摘  要:为研究究牵引式农家肥抛撒机性能,以自行研制新型抛撒机为对象,通过分析抛撒机工作原理和结构,建立农家肥抛撒过程运动方程。选取抛撒转速、行走速度和刮板间距为试验因素,以均匀度变异系数为试验指标作单因素和正交试验及响应曲面。结果表明,抛撒转速和行走速度对均匀度变异系数和撒肥幅宽影响较大,刮板间距在合理范围内对均匀度变异系数影响不显著,刮板间距合理范围为150~300 mm;当抛撒转速为365 r·min-1,行走速度为4.6 km·h-1,刮板间距为150 mm时,均匀度变异系数为22.6%,撒肥幅宽为2.26 m,此时撒肥幅宽满足设计要求且变异系数最小,研究结果可为农家肥抛撒机性能完善提供参考。In order to explore the performance of traction farm manure spreader, through analyzingthe structure and working principle of the spreader, the motion of the fertilizer in the process of salvaging wasestablished. Rotating speed of spreader, speed of spreader and distance of scraper were as experimentalfactors and coefficient variation was as test index. Test results showed that rotating speed of spreader andspeed of spreader had great effect on the coefficient of variation, the distance of scraper had no significanteffect on the uniformity coefficient of variation within a reasonable range, the reasonable range was 150-300mm; when rotating speed of spreader was 365 r ·min- 1, speed of spreader was 4.6 km ·h- 1, distance ofscraper was 150 mm, the coefficient of vibration was 22.6% , and the spreader width was 2.26 m, thespreader width was the best to meet the requirements of the machinery, and coefficient of variation was thesmallest. The results can provide a reference for the optimization of farm manure spreader.
