摘 要:目的:探索原发性高血压患者颈动脉内中膜厚度(IMT)与血流介导的血管舒张功能(FMD)之间的关系。方法:入选原发性高血压患者110例,根据IMT,将患者分为IMT增厚组(IMT≥1.0mm)与IMT正常组(IMT<1.0mm)。比较两组间背景资料及肱动脉FMD的差异,分析IMT与FMD的相关性。结果:IMT增厚组的平均年龄明显大于IMT正常组[(61.78±10.86)岁∶(47.3±12.54)岁,P=0.000],而前者的FMD明显低于后者[(4.28±1.93)%∶(5.44±2.83)%,P=0.039];IMT与年龄呈正相关(r=0.627,P=0.000),与FMD呈负相关(r=-0.328,P=0.001),在校正年龄因素后,这种相关性依然存在(β=-0.302,P=0.002)。结论:高血压患者FMD降低可能是IMT增厚的独立危险因素。Objective:To investigate the relationship between carotid intima-media thickness(IMT)and brachial artery flow-mediated vasodilation(FMD)in essential hypertensive(EH)patients.Method:The 110 EH patients were recruited and divided into IMT thickening group(IMT≥1.0 mm)and IMT normal group(IMT1.0 mm)according to the carotid artery ultrasonography examination.Background data and FMD were compared between the two groups.Correlation analysis was made by Pearson correlation analysis and Logistic analysis(adjusted by age).Result:The average age of IMT thickening group was significantly higher than that of IMT normal group[(4.28±1.93)% vs.(5.44±2.83)%,P=0.039],but the FMD of IMT thickening group was significantly lower than that of IMT normal group(r=-0.328,P=0.001);the IMT was positively correlated with age(r=0.627,P=0.000),but negatively correlated with FMD(r=-0.328,P=0.001);after adjusted by age,the IMT was still negatively correlated with FMD(β=-0.302,P=0.002).Conclusion:FMD might be an independent risk factor for IMT thickening.
