摘 要:采用荧光分散黄与阻燃剂对涤纶织物进行染色阻燃同浴加工整理,探讨荧光分散黄质量分数和阻燃剂质量分数对涤纶织物荧光反射率和阻燃效果的影响。结果表明,在不添加阻燃剂的情况下,织物的荧光反射率由荧光染料的用量决定,即染料质量分数越大,荧光反射率越大,但超过临界质量分数1.8%(omf)后,织物的荧光反射率有所降低;在添加阻燃剂的情况下,阻燃剂质量分数越大,织物的荧光反射率越小,阻燃效果越好。在保证阻燃效果达到GB/T 8746—1988 B1级的条件下,适当增加荧光分散黄质量分数,可以有效提高织物的荧光反射率。The polyester fabric is treated with Fluorescent Disperse Yellow and flame retardant in one bath. The effects of Fluorescent Disperse Yellow concentration and flame retardant concentration on flu- orescence reflectance and flame retardant property of polyester are studied. The results show that, in case of without adding flame retardant, the fluorescence reflectance of fabric is determined by the amount of fluorescent dyes. The larger the dyes mass fraction is, the greater the fluorescence reflectance is. However, the fluorescence reflectance of the fabric decreases when the Fluorescent Disperse Yellow concentration is over the critical mass fraction of 1.8% (omf). In case of adding flame retardant, the reflectance of the fabric increases with the increasing of the flame retardant concentration. Under the condition of the flame retardant effect reaches the B1 class of GB/T 8746--1988, the fluorescence reflectance of the fabric can be improved effectively by increasing the concentration of the Fluorescent Disperse Yellow.
