摘  要:棉筒子纱活性染料染色时,利用筒子纱生态染色机将染色、中和、皂洗和水洗等工段废水中的染料捕捉后所得清水分别复用于相应的工段中,并对比每次染色残液的特征,分别测定了染色筒子纱的颜色、色牢度等质量指标。结果表明,首次染色用水可循环使用20次以上,且多次染色后的上染率、各工段残液水质特征、染色筒子纱颜色特征值和色牢度均具有可重复性。多次染色的筒子纱之间色差为4~5级,用电脑测配色仪测得△E<0.6。该棉筒子纱活性染料染色方法在保证染品质量的同时,大大节约了染色成本,且不再排放染色各工段废水,具有显著的经济和环保效益。The cotton cheese is dyed with reactive dyes. The dyestuffs remained in the effluents from dyeing, neutralizing, soaping or washing raffinate are captured by ecological dyeing machine are reused in corresponding sections. The characteristic of dyeing residue, color fastness and other quality indica- tors of dyed cotton cheeses are compared and measured. The results show that, the first dyeing water can be reused over 20 times, and the dyeing rate, characteristics of residual water quality of each section, the color characteristics and fastness of dyed cheese are all repeated consistency. The color difference between the cheeses is Grade 4-5, and the AE〈0.6. This dyeing method of cotton cheese with reactive dyes can greatly reduce dyeing cost and no longer emit waste water in each dyeing section, and has remarkable economic and social environmental benefits.
