摘　　要：冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病简称冠心病,是中老年患者常见的一类心血管疾病,血小板活化在此类疾病的发生发展中有着重要的作用。目前应用抗血小板药物是治疗此类疾病的主要方法,包括血栓素A2(TXA2)抑制剂、二磷酸腺苷(ADP)P2Y12受体拮抗剂、血小板糖蛋白(GP)IIb/IIIa受体拮抗剂、磷酸二酯酶抑制剂等,本文就以上几类抗血小板药物在治疗老年冠心病患者中的应用现状进行了综述。Coronary heart disease（CAD） was a common cardiovascular disease in middle-aged and elderly patients.Platelet activation plays an important role in the development and progression of these diseases.Antiplatelet agents are currently used to treat these disorders,including thromboxane A2（TXA2） inhibitors,ADP P2Y12 receptor antagonists,platelet glycoprotein（GP）,Phosphodiesterase inhibitors,etc.,this article on the above categories of antiplatelet drugs in the treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease in the application of the status quo were reviewed.
