摘 要:由于永磁同步电机的定子齿与转子磁极之间存在较强的电磁力,当转子旋转时会引起定子振动向外产生辐射噪声。本文以一台4极27槽的内置式永磁同步电机(IPMSM)为例,利用有限元法对该电机的主要径向力波和气隙磁密进行了计算和分析,在此基础上,对该电机的振动和噪声进行了耦合仿真,最后针对电机的振动噪声问题,提出采用定子斜槽来削弱齿槽转矩,从而减小振动噪声,提高电机整体性能。Because the strong electromagnetic attraction exists between the stator teeth and the rotor magnet in IPMSM, the noise can be produced by the radial vibration of stator core at run. In the paper, a 27-slot 4- pole IPMSM was studied. Finite element method was adopted to analyze the main radial force wave and the air gap flux density. On this basis, the vibration and noise of this motor were coupled simulated. Finally, ai- ming to reduce the vibration and noise, the use of skewed slot of stator to weaken cogging torque was pro- posed to improve the performance of motor.
