摘 要:采用钢液中添加钒铁底吹氮气的方法制备了V-N微合金化高强度钢,检测了不同底吹条件下钢中氮含量,并结合热力学计算研究了底吹氮气对钢中碳氮化钒固溶度积的影响。结果表明,钢中氮含量随底吹时间的增加而增大,4次熔炼实验所得钢锭中平均氮含量分别为0.024 7%、0.021 3%、0.012 7%和0.002 4%;高温下,氮含量高时碳氮化钒主要以富N的氮化钒形式析出,而低温下,氮含量低时主要以富C的碳化钒形式析出;碳氮化钒在钢中固溶度积随温度的升高而增大,随钢中氮含量的增加而减小;对不同氮含量的碳氮化钒固溶度积曲线拟合,得到了0.06%V^0.22%C-N钢中碳氮化钒固溶度积随温度变化的函数关系式。The V-N microalloyed high strength steel were prepared by the method of adding ferrovanadium and blowing nitrogen in the liquid steel, and the effect of solid solubility of the vanadium carbonitride by bottom blowing nitrogen in the microalloyed steel and the thermodynamic calculation were investigated. The results show that the nitrogen content in the steel increases by the increasing of blowing nitrogen time, and the nitrogen content are 0.024 7%, 0.021 3%, 0.012 7% and0.002 4%, respectively. The content of carbonitride is mainly in the form of the nitrogen-enriched vanadium nitride at high temperature, and the low nitrogen content is mainly precipitated in the form of the carbonized vanadium in the rich C at low temperature. The solubility of carbon nitride in steel increases with the increase of temperature and decreases with the increase of nitrogen content in steel. The relationship between the solubility of carbon nitride with temperature changing in0.06%V^0.22% C-N steel is obtained by the fitting of the carbon nitride solubility curve of different nitrogen content.
