摘  要:对5CrNiMo模具钢分别采用820~940℃不同淬火温度处理,对比分析了不同淬火温度对其组织、耐磨性以及冲击韧度的影响规律。结果表明,820~880℃温度范围内淬火时,随着淬火温度的提高,基体中的孪晶马氏体及残留奥氏体逐渐减少,板条状马氏体及粒状碳化物逐渐增多,耐磨性及韧性逐渐提高,冲击断面逐渐形成较小较深的断裂韧窝。当淬火温度达到880℃时,基体表现为板条马氏体及均匀分布的粒状碳化物,耐磨性及韧性最佳。900~920℃淬火时,随着淬火温度提高,基体中的残留奥氏体逐渐增多,粒状碳化物逐渐减少,耐磨性及冲击韧度降低。The 5 CrNiMo die-steel was analyzed under different quenching temperature of 820~940 ℃. The effect of the temperature on the microstructure, wear resistance and impact toughness were studied. The results show that under the quenching temperature of 820~880 ℃, the matrix of twin martensite and retained austenite reduce gradually with increase of quenching temperature, while plate strip martensite and granular carbides increase gradually, wear resistance and toughness increase gradually, fracture morphologies form small deep dimple gradually. When the quenching temperature reaches 880 ℃, the lath martensite and granular carbide distribute uniformly in the matrix. Wear resistance and toughness show the best performance. Within the range of 900~920 ℃ quenching temperature, with increase of quenching temperature, the retained austenite matrix increase gradually, the granular carbides reduce gradually, wear resistance and impact toughness become worse.
