摘  要:利用热常数测试仪和膨胀仪测试了4 GPa压力热处理前后TC4钛合金在27~600℃温度范围的热扩散系数和热膨胀系数,并借助光学显微镜、扫描电镜和透射电镜分析了合金的显微组织,探讨了高压热处理对TC4钛合金组织及热物理性能的影响。结果表明,高压热处理能细化合金组织,增大合金的热膨胀系数;当温度低于约235℃时,高压热处理使钛合金的热扩散系数变小,而在高温下高压热处理使钛合金的热扩散系数变大。The thermal diffusion coefficient and thermal expansion coefficient of TC4 Titanium alloy before and after 4 GPahigh pressure heat treatment under the heating temperature range from 27 to 600 ℃were measured by thermal constant tester and thermal expansion instrument, the microstructure of the alloy was analyzed by optical microscope, scanning electron microscope and transmission electron microscopy, the effect of 4 GPa pressure heat treatment on the microstructure and thermal physical properties of TC4 Titanium alloy were investigated. The results show that4 GPa pressure heat treatmentcan refine the microstructure and increase thethermal expansion coefficient of TC4 Titanium alloy.When temperature is below about 235 ℃, 4 GPa pressure heat treatment can decrease the thermal diffusion coefficient of the alloy, whereas 4 GPa pressure heat treatment can increase the thermal diffusion coefficient of the alloy whentemperature is higher than 235 ℃.
