摘  要:通过加入一定量的PVA,制备了醇基粉煤灰铸造涂料,研究了PVA加入量对铸造涂料的密度、悬浮性、条件粘度及暴热抗裂纹性等性能的影响。结果表明,PVA加入量从1.0%变化到3.0%时,涂料悬浮性先显著增加,而后增加趋势减缓;涂料的密度逐渐减小,涂料粘度增加,而涂层暴热抗裂纹性逐渐变差。By adding a certain amount of PVA, the alcohol-based fly ash casting paint were prepared, the effects of adding PVA content on the density, suspension, conditional viscosity and thermal cracking resistance of cast coatings were studied.The results show that the suspension of coating increase significantly, and then the increasing trend decrease when the PVA added from 1.0% to 3.0%. The density of coating gradually decreases, the viscosity of coating increase, and the crack resistance of coating gradually deteriorates.
