摘 要:采用控制变量的方法,分别测试不同炉前处理工艺参数(一次孕育剂的加入量、二次孕育剂的加入量以及球化剂的加入量)下ADI试样的阻尼性能,并对相应的金相组织进行观察和分析,探究合理的炉前处理工艺参数。结果表明,加入1.0%~1.4%的一次孕育剂,随着一次孕育剂的增加,组织中石墨球的数量增加,ADI的阻尼性能升高。二次孕育剂的加入量为0.2%左右时,ADI组织中的石墨球显得更加圆整,大小及分布均匀,ADI的阻尼性能最佳。球化剂加入量为1.1%~1.5%时,ADI试样表现出优异的阻尼性能,高于或者低于这个加入量范围都会降低ADI的阻尼性能,并且恶化ADI组织。With the method of control variables, the process of different furnace pretreatment process parameters(the first and the secondary inoculant addition amount, and the nodulizer addition amount) for the damping properties of austempered ductile iron(ADI) sample were measured, the corresponding microstructures were characterized, and the reasonable pre-furnace processing parameters were explored. The results showed that the inoculant adding range is1.0~1.4%, and the number of graphite nodule and the damping properties of ADI will be increase with the increase of the primary inoculant addition amount. When the secondary inoculation addition amount is 0.2%, the graphite nodule in ADI is more rounded, the size and distribution are uniform, and the damping properties of ADI will be the best. When the nodulizer addition amount is 1.1~1.5%, the ADI samples show an excellent damping performance with higher or lower than this range, and it will worsen the structure of ADI.
