摘　　要：利用传统方法设计了铝合金底座铸造工艺,并用数值模拟软件Any Casting对该工艺进行了模拟。结果表明,铸件在凝固过程中存在收缩铸造缺陷,对铸造工艺进行优化并再次模拟,缺陷转移到了冒口中,其充型过程平稳,满足了铸件的技术要求。The casting process of aluminum alloy pedestal was designed by the traditional casting methods, and it was simulated by the numerical simulation software Any Casting. The results show that there are shrinkage casting defects during solidification process. The casting process is optimized and simulated again, the shrinkage casting defects are transferred to the riser, and the filling process is stable, it can meet the technical requirements of castings.
