摘  要:采用不同半固态挤压成形工艺制备了空压机斜盘用双T型QSn7-0.2铜合金部件,研究了铸态、半固态挤压的组织,对比分析了保温时间、保温温度以及挤压速度对不同部位组织的影响。结果表明,半固态挤压成形铸件组织致密性、均匀性、协同变形性均优于直接浇注铸件。最佳的半固态挤压成形工艺为:保温温度940℃、保温时间60 min、挤压速度10 mm/s。冲头区域和铸件中部组织均匀,而铸件前端组织均匀性较差。The air compressor swash plate with double T type QSn7-0.2 copper alloy parts were prepared with different semi-solid extrusion forming processes, the microstructure of as cast and different semi-solid extrusion forming processes were investigated, and the influence of holding time, holding temperature and extrusion speed on the microstructure were investigated, and the microstructure of components in different position was analyzed. The results show that the density,uniformity of microstructure and synergetic deformation of semi-solid extrusion casting are better than the direct conventional casting parts. The best semi-solid extrusion process parameters as follows: the holding temperature, time,extrusion speed is 940 ℃, 60 min, and 10 mm/s, respectively. The microstructure of punch head area and the center of the casting are evenly distributed uniform, while the front of the casting is less homogenous.
