摘 要:结合消失模壳型铸造和机械振动的特点,研究了机械振动频率对消失模壳型铸造AZ31合金凝固充型、显微组织和力学性能的影响,并分析了相应的作用机理。结果表明,随着机械振动频率的增加,AZ31合金铸件的浇注面形状呈现逐渐完整化、充型面积逐渐增加的趋势,在机械振动频率为100 Hz时,AZ31合金的凝固充型能力最好;随着机械振动频率的增加,β-Mg_(17)Al_(12)相的长度、宽度和长宽比呈现先减小而后增大的趋势,在机械振动频率为100 Hz时取得最小值,而继续增加机械振动频率,β-Mg_(17)Al_(12)相反而有所粗化;对于消失模铸造AZ31合金而言,最高拉伸性能的机械振动频率为100 Hz。The effects of mechanical vibration frequency on filling, mierostructure and mechanical properties of AZ31 alloy in lost foam-shell casting process were studied, and the corresponding mechanism was analyzed. The results show that with the increase of vibration frequency and amplitude, the casting surface shape of AZ31 alloy castings is gradually integrated and the mold filling area is increasing gradually. When the mechanical vibration frequency is 100 Hz, the solidification filling ability of AZ31 alloy is best. With the increase of mechanical vibration frequency, the length, width and length width ratio of 13-MglTAl^2 phase is decrease at first and then increase. These reach the minimum when the mechanical vibration frequency is 100 Hz, and continue to increase the mechanical vibration frequency, 13-MgITA112 instead of coarsening. The suitable mechanical vibration parameters of LFC AZ31 alloy is mechanical vibration frequency of 100 Hz, and AZ31 alloy has the highest strength at this time.
