摘 要:介绍了沙钢永新炼钢厂3#连铸机-棒材轧机区段连铸坯热送热装情况,对铸坯两种输送方式的时间和温度进行了比较分析,提出了相应的优化措施。结果表明,优化后铸坯入炉由原来540℃提高至610℃热装;加热炉煤气消耗量减少10.3%~34.3%;生产运行效率提高,生产运行总时间由57 min缩短至33.9 min。The hot charging process of 3# continuous casting bar machine of yongxin steel plant of Shagang steel was introduced. The time and temperature of the two types of casting billets were compared and analyzed, and the corresponding optimization measures were put forward. The results show that the furnace is improved from 540 ℃ to608 ℃. Gas consumption of heating furnace reduce 10.3%~34.3%. Production operation efficiency improve significantly,the total time of production operation is shortened from 57 min to 33.9 min.
