摘 要:结合鞍钢生产实践,着重阐述了鞍钢纯净钢的生产工艺,从精炼设施耐火材料的选择和中间包冶金两方面分析了提高纯净钢的质量控制措施。结果表明,精炼工艺RH炉、LF炉及VD的组合使用,可以明显降低钢液中杂质元素的含量及夹杂物的形态、大小和数量;而精炼设备耐火材料恰当的选择和中间包冶金功能的合理运用,包括钢液保护浇注、加大中间包容量、改进中间包覆盖渣的性能及控制中间包钢液流动等,能有效促进钢中夹杂物的上浮和去除。Combining with production practice in Ansteel company, the clean steel production technology was expounded,and from refining facilities in two aspects of the selection of refractory material and tundish metallurgy improving the quality control measures of pure steel were analyzed. The results show that the combined use of RH furnace, LF furnace and VD refining process can significantly reduce the content, shape, size and quantity of impurities in the molten steel. And refining equipment refractory proper selection and reasonable using of tundish metallurgy function including molten steel protection casting, increasing the capacity of the tundish, improving the performance of the tundish covering slag and controlling clad steel liquid flow in the middle, etc., these can effectively promote the floating and removing inclusions in steel.
