摘　　要：目的了解少数民族农村居民艾滋病防治知识知晓状况,探索具有少数民族特色的健康教育,为今后制订艾滋病宣传教育及防治措施提供参考方法采用大众艾滋病基本知识知晓率调查问卷,通过不记名、面对面的问卷方式开展入户调查。结果少数民族农村居民艾滋病防治知识知晓率为39.6%,文化程度为文盲的知晓率为25.60%,小学为40.57%,初中及以上为62.50%;男性知晓率为48.44%,女性为33.14%;不同文化程度及性别的知晓率差异有统计学意义,少数民族农村居民获取艾滋病防治知识渠道以电视媒体为主占77.23%。结论需进一步加强少数民族农村居民艾滋病防治知识宣传教育工作,建立健全多部门参与的宣传教育工作机制,充分发挥基层工作人员及宗教人士在艾滋病防治知识传播中的作用,开发具有少数民族地方特色宣传资料,加强电视媒体的宣传力度。Objective To investigate awareness of knowledge on prevention and treatment of AIDS among minority rural residents, explore the way of health education with the minority characteristics, and provide reference for developing awareness education and prevention and treatment strategies. Methods A questionnaire investigation on the awareness rate of AIDS was carried out in an anonymous and face - to - face manner. Results The total awareness rate of AIDS among minority rural residents was 39.6%. Awareness rates were significantly different in residents with different cultural degrees and genders. The awareness rate increased with the cultural degree, being 25.6% , 40.57% and 62.5% in illiterates, people with primary school degrees and people with junior middle school degrees or above, respectively. In addition, the awareness rate was higher in males than in fe- males （48.44% vs. 33.14% ）. Main channels for acquiring knowledge on prevention and treatment of AIDS mainly were TV media, accounting for 77.23 %. Conclusion It is necessary to further strengthen AIDS knowl- edge publicity and education work in minority rural residents, establish and improve the publicity and education work mechanism of multi - department participation, give full play to the staff at the grass - roots level and religious figures in the role of AIDS prevention knowledge, develop publicity materials with local ethnic characteristics and enhance publicity by TV media.
