摘　　要：目的了解青海省艾滋病检测筛查实验室总体情况,提高实验室检测能力,规范实验室管理。方法通过发放考核血清盘与职能工作问卷调查表相结合的方式对通过审批的实验室进行考评。使用EXCEL 2007和SPSS 20.0统计软件整理和分析考评数据。结果 40个实验室参加了质量考评,其综合成绩均为合格及以上。考评优秀、良好和合格的实验室数分别占30%、27.5%和42.5%;盲样检测方面,艾滋病抗体检测正确率100%,梅毒血清学抗体检测正确率95%。职能工作中,多数实验室在仪器设备的检定与维护、室内质控和生物安全方面存在问题。结论青海省艾滋病检测筛查实验室基本符合要求,能满足艾滋病筛查检测工作的需要。设备管理、室内质控和生物安全方面仍需加强与完善。Objective To understand the condition of HIV - screening laboratories in Qinghai Province for im- provement of testing capabilities and standardized management of the laboratories. Methods Evaluation was performed by quality control tests and questionnaire - based investigation in approved HIV - screening laboratories. All data were sorted out and analyzed using Excel 2007 and SPSS 20.0 software. Results Forty laboratories were assessed and all of them were up to standard. Laboratories assessed to be excellent, good and qualified accounted for 30% , 27.5% and 42.5% , respectively. The correct rates of HIV antibody testing and syphilis serological antibody testing were 100% and 95% , respectively. Most laboratories were defective in equipment calibration and maintenance, internal quality control and laboratory biosafety. Conclusion HIV - screening laboratories in Qinghai Province can meet the standard of qualification and the current needs for AIDS detection. However, the equipment management, internal quality control and laboratory bio - safety still need to be improved.
