摘　　要：为满足气密封要求不高的小井眼浅井钻井需求,设计开发了一种HG-FJ经济型直连型套管产品。对HG-FJ经济型直连型套管的开发及应用情况进行了详细介绍。分析认为:该套管产品通过螺纹过盈配合及采用钩式螺纹结构设计,实现了螺纹接头的密封和强度要求;螺纹接头通过采用表面喷砂处理的方式,实现了螺纹良好的抗粘扣性能。通过产品实物性能评价试验及油田现场下井试验,证明了产品满足油田现场的实际工况需求。To meet the need by operation of drilling slim hole, shallow well for which the airtight conditions are not so strict, a HG-FJ economical extreme-line casing is designed and developed. Detailed here in the paper are the development activities and application of this casing. Based on relevant analysis it is regarded that the HG-FJ casing has met the requirements for sealing and strength of the thread connection via the interference-fit of the thread connection and the design of hook type thread structure; and that the thread connection exhibits good galling- resistance after its surface is shot-blasted. The casing product has been proved to be satisfactory to the requirements for the actual oil field operation conditions.
