摘  要:"双一流"建设必将以高校的"内涵强化"为目的、"绩效考核"为手段、"改革创新"为动力,努力实现建设具有中国特色的一流高校和一流学科的任务。由此,评价成为审视我国高校"双一流"建设成效的重要方面。大学排名是社会监督评估高等教育的一种重要形式,也是目前高等教育研究的热点话题。从历史与现实来看,大学排名的作用主要表现为弥补政府评价的不足、为利益相关方的行为选择提供参考、促进高等教育的良性发展等。通过现状考察,我国大学排名在实践、认识和制度供给等方面都存在问题,其解决策略在于:大学排名机构应多元化、专业化;大学排名评价指标应多样化、合理化;大学排名环境应更宽松、更包容。从而实现大学排名助推我国高校"双一流"建设的积极作用。The construction of " Double First" will take the "connotation enforcement" as the purpose, " performance appraisal" as the means, "reform and innovation" as the driving force,to realize the first class universities and first-class disciplines with Chinese characteristics as soon as possible.Therefore,the evaluation becomes an important aspect to examine the effects of " Double First" construction.University ranking is an important form of social supervision and evaluation of higher education,and also a hot topic of higher education research.From the perspective of history and reality,the role of university ranking is to make up for the lack of government evaluation,to provide reference for the choices of stakeholders,and to promote the positive development of higher education.Through the investigation of the status quo,there are many problems of Chinese university ranking in practice,understanding,and institutional supply and so on.The solution lies in various and professional university ranking institutions,diversified and rationalized evaluation index of university ranking,and more relaxed and inclusive university ranking environment,which can promote the " Double First" construction in our country.
