摘 要:采用固相反应法制备了镝铕共掺硅酸盐(Ca_2MgSi_2O_7∶Eu,Dy)长余辉荧光粉材料,并制备成荧光涂料,研究其应用特性。通过X射线衍射、荧光光谱、余辉衰减对材料的晶型及发光特性进行了研究。结果表明,荧光粉的晶体结构没有随着稀土离子的掺入而发生变化,在382 nm处荧光粉存在最强激发峰,发射光谱最强发射峰为531 nm,余辉时间长达15 h。随着涂料中荧光粉掺入浓度的提高,涂料涂层的荧光强度、黏度和固化后硬度明显增强,吸水率显著下降。基于Ca_2MgSi_2O_7∶Eu,Dy材料所制备的荧光涂料具有余辉时间长、耐候性优等特点,在荧光涂料领域具有一定的应用潜力。The long afterglow phosphor Ca2MgSi2O7∶Eu,Dy was prepared by solid state reaction method,and then the phosphor was used as raw material for the preparation of fluorescent coating. The crystal form and luminescence properties of the materials were studied through X-ray diffraction,fluorescence spectrum and afterglow decay. The results show that the crystal structure of the phosphor is not changed with the addition of rare earth ions,and the phosphor has the strongest excitation and emission peak at 382 nm and 531 nm respectively,the afterglow time is as long as 15 h. With the increasing concentration of phosphor in fluorescent coating,the fluorescence intensity,viscosity and hardness of the coating are obviously enhanced,and the water absorption rate decreases significantly. The fluorescent coating prepared by Ca2MgSi2O7∶Eu,Dy material has the characteristics of long afterglow time and excellent weather resistance,which has a certain application potential in the field of fluorescent coatings.
