摘　　要：输配电价改革是新一轮电力体制改革的核心。在回顾输配电价改革理论研究的基础上,对中国输配电价的管制现状进行了考察。通过与发达国家的输配电价管制的横向对比,揭示了中国输配电价改革存在的问题。并结合电网公司实际,给出了相应的应对策略。The transmission - distribution price reform is the core of the new round of electric power system reform.
