摘 要:提出了一种紧凑型的二端口双陷波超宽带MIMO天线。该天线由两个圆形单极子和一个缺陷地结构组成,在两个单极子辐射片上刻蚀开口圆环槽,并在两个50Ω馈电微带线旁分别增加终端短路的低-高-低阶跃阻抗谐振器,实现了双陷波的功能,分别抑制了无线局域网WLAN(5.15~5.85 GHz)和802.16无线城域网Wi MAX(3.4~3.8 GHz)信号对该天线系统的干扰;并在介质板地层和顶层增加隔离枝节,提高了隔离度。实验结果表明:该天线在-10d B的工作带宽为3.0~13.8 GHz,第一个陷波带宽为3.37~3.85 GHz,第二个陷波带宽为5.02~6.14 GHz,有效抑制了Wi MAX和WLAN信号干扰;工作频带内,最小隔离度为13.5 d B,最大增益为4.94 d B,最大辐射效率为96.6%,包络相关系数小于0.07。测试表明该天线适用于多输入-多输出超宽带(MIMO-UWB)系统,且该天线结构紧凑,尺寸仅为47.5 mm×47.5 mm×0.8 mm,易用于便携式设备。The paper proposes a compact two-port dual band-notched ultra-vddeband MIMO antenna. The proposed antenna consists of two circular monopole antennas and a defected ground structure, meanwhile, the two open circular ring slots are etched on the radiators and terminal short-circuit low-high-low stepped impedance resonators are etched next to the two 50Ω feeding micro-strip lines, which achieves dual band-notched function mad inhibits the interferences of WLAN(5.15 - 5.85 GHz) and WiMAX ( 3.4 - 3.8 GHz) to the system. Isolated stubs are etched on the top and bottom layers of the sub- strate to improve the isolation. The experimental results show that the proposed antenna has a working impedance bandwidth from 3.0 to 13.8 GHz at -10dB, and the first notched band happens from 3.37 to 3.85 GHz and the second notched band happens from 5.02 to 6.14 GHz, which inhibits the signals of WiMAX and WLAN. Besides, the proposed antenna has the minimum isolation (13.5 dB), the maximum gain (4.94 dB) and the maximum efficiency (96.6%) in the operating fre- quency band, and the envelope correlation coefficient (ECC) is less than 0.07, which shows that the proposed antenna is suitable to be applied in MIMO system. Also, the proposed antenna has a compact structure with the overall dimensions of 47.5 mm×47.5 mm×0.8 mm, which is a good candidate for portable devices.
