摘 要:鉴于强电磁脉冲对电子产品的强大损坏力,建模分析了强电磁脉冲在电源线上的耦合电压大小。基于耦合电压大小,设计了直流电源防护电路。防护电路由瞬态防护部分和低通滤波部分组成。其中,瞬态电路用来降低耦合电压脉冲幅度,低通滤波电路滤除耦合电压的高频部分。最后,不同电路参数进行优化组合得出最优效果的防护电路。仿真和实验结果表明:本文设计的防护电路可以很好地防护直流电源不受强电磁脉冲影响。Based on the wreaking damage of the powerful electromagnetic pulse to the electronic products, the cou- pling voltage on the power line and the protection circuit were studied in this paper. The coupling voltage's range was calcu- lated by the model. Based on the coupling voltage's range, the protection circuit of DC power source was designed. The pro- tection circuit was composed of transient protection circuit and low-pass filter. The transient protection circuit was designed to reduce the amplitude of the interference signal and discharge a part of interference signal energy. The low-pass filter was de- signed to filter out the high frequency components. The simulations and experiments were done to compare the protection effects of protection circuits with different parameters at last. The results show that the protection circuit designed in this arti- cle can protect the DC power source very well.
