语保工程与贵州汉语方言调查研究

摘　　要：中国语言资源保护工程的实施体现了当代语言观念的革新,将语言视为可开发、利用的资源来保存、保护和传承,倡导人文性和工具性的统一。作为国家工程,语保项目的调查强调基本内容的统一性、技术的规范性和操作流程的有序性。基于语保工程实施下的贵州汉语方言调查项目计划完成22个调查点,目前的调查研究实践表明:正确领会工程实施理念,严格执行调查程序和摄录规范,能保证内容的真实性和科学性。The implementation of the Project for the Protection of Language Resources of China embodies the innovation on the contemporary language sense. Language is regarded as the available resources and the exploitable resources to preserve, protect and inherit, which sparkplugs the integration with the property of instrumentality and humanity. As a national scale, the investigation of the Project for the Protection of Language emphasizes the unity of the basic content, technical standardi- zation and orderliness of the operation process. The investigation practice on Guizbou Chinese dialect based on implementa- tion of the Project for the Protection of Language plans to finish 22 investigated sites. The current survey indicates that cor- rectly grasping the protect idea and strictly executing the inquiry procedure and video standard would ensure the authenticity and scientificity on substance.
