摘　　要：介绍印度线材制品工业现状,研究印度线材制品贸易按数量和金额的国别构成、线材制品进出口近年来的变化规律、印中线材制品的贸易量、贸易价格、贸易比重及其变化趋势。研究表明:中国是印度线材制品最重要的进口来源国,2016年印度从中国进口不锈钢丝、合金钢丝、碳素钢丝和钢丝绳数量占其相应总进口数量的比例分别为46%、24%、60%和71%,除合金钢丝排第二位,其他均居首位;印度线材制品进出口近年来均呈快速增长趋势,2012年到2016年,进口年均递增10.9%,出口年均递增6.1%;印度从中国进口线材制品数量多、增长快,而对中国出口不仅数量少,而且增长慢,2011年到2016年印度从中国进口线材制品数量年均递增17.4%,对中国出口年均递增0.46%;印度从中国进口的线材制品均价低于其线材制品总进口均价,2016年线材制品从中国进口均价低14.7%。对中国金属制品行业提出转变发展方式,从产能增长转为质量效益增长,巩固和发展中印线材制品贸易成果的建议。To introduce the status quo of India wire products industry, study on India wire products trade from the number and amount of the composition of the country, wire products import and export in recent years, the change law of India wire products trade volume, trade price, trade proportion and trend etc. Research shows that： China is the most import source country of wire rod products in India, In 2016, India imported stainless steel wire, alloy steel wire, carbon steel wire and wire rope from China, the proportion of the total amount of imports was 46%, 24%, 60% and 71%, respectively, except for alloy steel wire at the second, the other is the first; The import and export of wire products in India have shown a rapid growth trend in recent years, from 2012 to 2016, imports increased by an average of 10.9% annually, and exports in- creased by 6.1% annually; India imports wire products from China not only in quantity, but also in rapid growth, while ex- ports to China are not only small, but also slow, from 2011 to 2016, the number of wire products imported from China in- creased by 17.4% annually, and the average annual increase of exports to China was O. 46% ; The average price of wire prod- ucts imported in India from China is lower than the average price of its wire products, in 2016, the average price of wire prod- ucts imported from China was 14.7% lower. Suggested China＇ s metal products industry to change the mode of development, from capacity growth to quality benefit growth, to consolidate and develop the Sino India wire rod products trade results.
