摘  要:针对原低松弛预应力钢绞线生产线回火中频炉冷却装置冷却效果差、维修成本高,易造成钢绞线整根断裂等问题,设计了一套V型直冷式可控大流量冷却装置。该装置采用加长V型水槽储水冷却,水槽长度为450 mm,冷却长度较原装置增加3.3倍;将原来冷却水管道直径由10 mm增加到16 mm,冷却水的供给量增大了2.5倍;在冷却装置中加装导线辊,使钢绞线不与喷气吹干部分及V型冷却水槽接触,不会对冷却水槽产生磨损。改进后的冷却装置易于维修、操作简便、冷却效果满足生产需要,提高了钢绞线的成材率和劳动生产率。Aiming at the problem of original low relaxation prestressed steel strand production line tempering medium fre- quency cooling device cooling effect poor, maintenance cost high, easily cause steel strand fracture and so on, a set V - type direct cool ing type control large flow cool ing device was designed. The device adopts lengthen V - type sink to cool water, length of water sink is 450 mm, cooling length increases 3.3 times than original device. Original cooling water pipe diameter is increased from 10 mm to 16 mm, the supplement of cooling water is increased 2.5 times. To install wire guide roller in cooling device, make steel strand no contact with air blow drying part and V - type cooling water sink, no wear on cooling sink. Cooling device after improvement is easily maintenance, operation simple, cooling effect meets production re- quirement, increases finished product rate and labor productivity of steel strand.
