摘  要:硫化锌精矿直接加压浸出生产过程中,较常见调节槽冒槽事故,尤其高海拔地区沸点低,更容易导致调节槽冒槽。该问题制约了加压浸出工艺的推广应用以及规模的扩大。文章通过对加压浸出湿法炼锌过程中调节槽冒槽机理的分析,提出解决方案:合理控制闪蒸槽操作条件、合理设计调节槽搅拌强度及直径,可有效避免冒槽事故的发生,对加压浸出这种清洁、高效、环保生产技术的推广意义重大。In the zinc pressure leading of zinc sulphide concentrate,the conditioning tank overswelling is common. Especially in high-altitude areas,it is more likely to lead to the conditioning tank overswelling. The problem restricts the popularization and application of pressure leading process and the expansion of scale. Based on the analysis of the mechanism of the conditioning tank overwelling,this paper proposed solution: with the help of reasonable control of flash tank operating conditions and reasonable design of the conditioning tank's stirring intensity and diameter,overswelling accidents can be effectively avoided. Besides,it is of great significance to the promotion of the pressure leaching technology which is clean,efficient and environmental friendly.
