摘　　要：中国铁路95306网、接取送达等铁路物流信息平台已经实现了需求信息提报、在途查询等功能,但还无法提供物流供需信息交易撮合。为此,采用信息平台思路整合社会物流资源,引入竞价博弈理论设计铁路物流车货匹配信息平台的竞价模式,基于双方叫价拍卖方法构建"货主-平台-经纪人"的价格博弈模型,提出完全信息和非对称信息下竞价平台的报价策略和可行报价域。依托铁路物流车货匹配信息平台,吸引零散货源向铁路集聚,能有效提升铁路物流综合服务质量,加快推动铁路由运输生产型向经营效益型转型。The information platform of railway 95306, receiving-delivery and other information platform realize the function of demand information reporting and position inquiries, but it cannot provide logistics supply and demand information matching. Thus this paper adopts the bidding auction theory and builds the price gaming model of ＂Shipper-Platform-Broker＂, and proposes a quotation strategy in a feasible quotation field for brokers under complete information and asymmetric information. Then it designs the railway logistics wagon and goods matching platform, attracting less-than-carload logistics resources to the railway, which helps improve the quality of railway logistics integrated with services, and promote the transformation of railways from transport operation type to profitable business.
