摘　　要：为建立完善的铁路物流总包业务统计指标体系,设计更为科学、系统的业务评价方法,以推动物流总包业务的快速发展,针对铁路物流总包业务统计存在的统计指标体系不尽完善、评价方法系统性不强等问题,从业务规模、经营效益和服务质量等方面入手,建立铁路物流总包业务统计指标体系。基于层次分析法的铁路物流总包业务综合评价方法,以18个铁路局集团有限公司物流总包业务统计数据为例,验证方法的有效性。In order to promote the rapid growth of logistics agent business, the statistical index system for such business must be established, and the business evaluation approach must be designed more scientificly and systematicly. As the current statistics system for railway logistics agent business is not functioning well systematically, an improved system is established from the aspects of business scale, operating efficiency and service quality. Then, this paper presents a comprehensive evaluation method on AHP and verifies the effectiveness of the method with logistics agent business statistics of 18 regional railway group.
