摘 要:为适应我国物流产业调整和振兴的发展要求,响应中国铁路总公司关于大力发展集装箱运输的战略决策,调研美国、欧洲、日本及我国铁路集装箱运输设备的现状,分析我国铁路集装箱运输设备存在着集装箱箱型不足、箱体结构与现行集装器具兼容性不好、内陆集装箱占比不高等问题,在此基础上,研究我国铁路集装箱运输设备的发展趋势,提出实现小型集装箱系列化、增加20 ft 35 t敞顶集装箱保有量、推进45 ft 34 t通用集装箱应用、加大集装箱新箱型的研发力度、加快建立内陆集装箱新箱型技术标准、加强集装箱运输配套设施建设等推动我国铁路集装箱运输设备发展的对策,为推动我国铁路集装箱运输快速发展提供参考。In order to meet the requirements of logistics industry restructuring and reinvigoration and respond to the strategic decision on developing container transport of China Railway Corporation, this paper surveys the current equipment situation of railway container transport in the US, Europe, Japan and China, and analyzes the shortcomings of railway container transport equipment in China, such as lack of container types, poor compatibility between the container structure and existing loading tools as well as low ratio of inland container. On this basis, the trend of railway container transport equipment in China is analyzed and the corresponding solution is proposed, including serialization of small-sized container, increasing of the volume of 20ft 35t open containers, promoting the application of 45ft 35t universal containers, intensifying the R&D efforts on new container types, establishing the technical standards of new inland container type, and enhancing the matching facilities for container transport, etc. This proposal can serve as a reference for the rapid development of railway container transport in China.
