摘 要:齿轮传递误差对电动汽车减速器的使用性能有重要作用,特别是对减速器运行状态下的NVH性能有重要影响.基于齿轮啮合原理,使用MASTA建立减速器仿真模型,选取不同的微观修形参数进行齿轮修形,得出不同修形参数对传递误差的影响规律;根据修形参数对传递误差的影响规律并结合实际经验,制定5种修形方案,通过MASTA仿真,选取最优的修形方案.研究表明:合理选择修形参数进行齿轮修形,可以很好改善齿面接触状况,降低齿面接触应力及齿根弯曲应力,减小齿轮传递误差,提高齿轮传动的NVH品质.The transmission error of the gear plays an important role in its service performance,especially its NVH quality,of the reducer for an electric vehicle. Based on the principle of the gear engagement,a simulation model of the reducer is built in MASTA. Different micro-parameters are selected to carry out the gear modification and the influence rule of the parameters is acquired on the transmission error. According to the obtained rules and the practical experience,five kinds of the modification schemes are worked out. The optimum modification scheme is chosen through the simulation in MASTA. The studies show that the reasonably selected parameters can improve the contact condition of the tooth,reduce both the surface contact stress and the root bending stress,decrease the transmission error of the gear,and enhance the NVH quality of the gear transmission.
