摘  要:采用简单电极丝加工高精度异形喷丝微孔,解决了高精度异形化纤喷丝孔电火花加工的关键技术。通过大量工艺实验,掌握了一种高效加工喷丝板微孔的工艺方法。结果表明:该工艺方法在保证微孔加工形状质量的前提下耗时更短,可明显提升电火花加工异形喷丝孔的水平,降低生产成本,缩小与国外喷丝板微孔电火花加工技术的差距,大大提升了市场竞争力。This paper uses simple electrode wire to process high precision abnormity spinneret microporous,it solves the EDM key technologies of high precision abnormity fiber spinneret microporous. Through a large number of process experiments,it masters a method of high efficiency processing of spinneret microporous. The test results shows that the processing method is shorter time- consuming on the premise of ensuring the shape and quality of micro machining. The level of abnormity spinneret microporous machining has been improved obviously ,it makes lower production costs ,reduce the gap between our country's spinneret micro hole EDM technology and the highest international level, greatly enhance the competitiveness of the market.
