摘  要:电磁炮是一种新型武器,能够通过电磁力驱动弹丸高速侵彻半无限钢靶,弹丸高速撞击靶板形成高压,当高压超过弹丸和靶板的材料强度时,就会使材料产生变形,最终形成一个侵彻弹坑。文章进行了动能弹高速侵彻半无限钢靶的实验研究,在设计动能弹时,要考虑到绝缘性、材料强度、材料性能稳定性,并在弹丸中设计一个良好的缓冲结构,以应对高速侵彻时产生的加速度,并确保侵彻稳定性和安全性。The electromagnetic gun is a new type of weapon capable of driving the projectile to penetrate the semi-infinite steel target at high speed by electromagnetic force. The projectile hits the target plate at high speed to form a high pressure. When the high pressure exceeds the material strength of the projectile and the target plate, the material will deform, eventually forming a crater. In this paper, experimental study on penetration of semi-infinite steel target with kinetic bomb at a high speed was conducted. When design the kinetic bomb, the insulation, the material strength and the stability of the material properties need to be taken into account. A good buffer structure need to be designed in the projectile to cope with high speed acceleration generated when penetration, and to ensure the stability and security of penetration.
