摘 要:目的建立幼虫移行症动物模型,探索SD大鼠感染犬弓首线虫幼虫分布情况。方法采用犬弓首线虫感染期虫卵灌胃SD大鼠,用压片法和稀盐酸分离法观察幼虫在体内分布情况。结果幼虫早期主要分布于肝脏,随着时间的推移,幼虫从肝脏又移行到肺、脑等器官。结论犬弓首线虫幼虫感染SD大鼠引起幼虫移行症。Objective To establish animal model of larva migrans, and to explore the distribution of toxocara canis larva in SD rat infected with toxocara canis. Methods SD rats were intubated with infection period of T. canis eggs, the distribution of larva in the body of SD rat was observed by tabletting method and dilute hydrochloric acid separation method. Results The larva were mainly distributed in the liver early, as time goes on, the larva moved from the liver to the lung, the brain and the to other organs. Conclusion SD rats infected with toxocara canis can be caused larvae migrans
