举元煎片剂处方工艺研究

摘　　要：采用单因素考察及正交试验筛选辅料的种类及用量,对举元煎片剂的制备工艺进行研究。以片剂的外观、硬度、崩解时限、脆碎度为评价指标,确定片剂的最佳制备工艺。结果表明:当主药浸膏粉10g、润湿剂乙醇浓度为70%、填充剂9.0g(淀粉:微晶纤维素=1:1)、崩解剂羧甲基淀粉钠0.4g、润滑剂硬脂酸镁0.6%时,所制得的片剂符合2015版《中国药典》质量标准。且生产工艺合理,稳定可行。This experiment adopts the single-factor test and orthogonal test to perform screening for the species and amount of the adjuvant material with the aim of studying the preparation technology of Ju Yuan Jian tablet. The optimum preparation technology of the tablet is determined with the appearance, hardness, disintegration time and friability as the evaluation indicators. The results indicate that the tablet composition, comprising： （a） extract powder （10g） ; （b） wetting agent （70% ethanol） ; （c） filler （9.0g） （starch/microcrystalline cellulose = 1： 1） ; （d） Disintegrating agent （0.4g） （Sodium Carboxymethyl Starch） ; （e）lubricant （0.6% magnesium stearate）, conforms to the standards of Chinese Pharmacopoeia （2015 edition）, and the preparation technology is reasonable, stable and feasible.
