摘　　要：为确保高层建筑物的安全性和正常使用寿命,避免因建筑物发生沉降造成主体结构的破坏或出现影响结构使用功能的裂缝,在施工过程中必须对高层建筑物进行沉降观测。本文以某小区的高层建筑物为实例,首先介绍了进行沉降观测时基准点和观测点的基本布设方案与原则,其次讲述了进行沉降观测的施测精度和方法,最后对其观测的成果进行了数据的处理与分析。In order to ensure the normal service life and safety of high-rise buildings and avoid the destruction of the main structure or the cracks due to settlement, it is necessary to observe the settlement during the construction of the building. Based on a high-rise res- idential building project, this paper first introduced the layout and design principles of settlement datum point and the observation point, and then analyzed settlement observation methods and measurement accuracy and finally did data processing and analysis.
