摘  要:对GCr15钢采用低温奥氏体化和快速球化退火新工艺,它是利用不均匀的奥氏体中未溶解碳化物或奥氏体中高浓度碳偏聚区的非自发形核的有利作用来加速球化,即利用"离异共析"原理,运用此工艺使60SH高强度链销轴球化退火的等温转变时间减少60%,在节能方面达到40%以上。A new technique of low temperature austenitizing and rapid spheroidizing annealing process is a- dopted for GCrl5 steel. The spheroidizing is accelerated by the beneficial effect of the dissolved carbides in heterogeneous austenite or non-spontaneous nucleation in high concentration carbon segregation zone in austenite, namely applying "divorced eutectoid transformation" principle. The technique is used to reduce the isothermal transformation time of spheroidizing annealing for 60SH high strength chain pin by 60%, and to achieve more than 40% in energy saving.
