摘　　要：本文介绍了如何在热处理设备中运用欧姆龙PLC远距离获取带有RS232通讯接口设备的数据,并且通过欧姆龙PLC程序将所需要的数据解析出来的过程。RS232总线由于采用了平衡传输数据的技术,从而限制了其使用范围,无法实现远距离传输的功能。通过使用RS232转RS485转换器可以解决通讯距离短的问题,同时熟练地运用PLC技术可正确得到所需要的数据。How to use OMRON PLC to acquire data with RS232 communication interface equipment in heat treatment equipment and analytic process for the data needed by OMRON PLC program are introduced in this paper, The technology of balanced data transmission has been adopted in the RS232 bus, so as to limit its range of application and unable to realize the function of long-distance transmission. The problem of short communication distance can be solved by using RS232 to RS485 converter, and skilled use of PLC technology can correctly obtain the required data.
