摘 要:实践表明农地租赁市场不完善、契约化程度不高,严重制约农地有序、高效流转,因而研究农地流转中的契约选择,有利于理解农地流转市场的运行机制,并为完善制度安排提出建议。文中采用Heckman两阶段模型及1079苹果种植户实地调研数据,分析苹果种植户契约选择及其影响因素,研究得出:1)流转租金有利于提高契约化程度;2)流转对象间的关系和谈判时间成本影响农地契约化程度;3)流转期限越长,农户越倾向于选择正式契约;4)农村集体经济组织有利于提高契约化程度。Practice shows that imperfect farmland rental markets and low degree of leasing have seriously hampered the development of land rental markets.Therefore,the study of contract selection is in favor of understanding operation mechanism of land rental markets,and makes suggestions about improving institutional arrangements.In this research,Heckman two-stage model and the data of 1079 apple farmers were used.Then results indicate:(1) Rents are able to improve the degree of leasing.(2) The relationship between transaction objectives and time costs of negotiation influence the degree of leasing.(3) The longer contract period,the more farmers inclined to sign a formal contract.(4) Rural collective economic organization(RCEO) is helpful for improving the degree of leasing.
