摘　　要：文章比较分析协商、人民调解、仲裁、行政调处、民事诉讼等各类医疗纠纷处理机制后,认为人民调解机制在纠纷处理方面有较明显的优势,且其将更加专业化与规范化;政府购买服务的原理可以为行政权介入人民调解提供理论依据。After comparative analysis on various kinds of medical dispute resolution mechanisms such as consultation, people＇s mediation, arbitration, administrative intervention, civil litigation, this paper concludes that people＇s mediation mechanism has obvious advantages, and it is more specialized and standardized. Meanwhile, based on the principle of government purchase service, it can provide theoretical basis for the government to intervene in people＇s mediation.
