摘 要:采用超声破乳、智能响应等相关技术对电脱盐单元进行改造,改造后电脱盐运行效率明显提升,脱后含盐平均值为1.62 mg/L,远低于石化行业深度脱盐不大于3 mg/L的指标要求;电脱盐单元设备电耗仅为0.104(kW·h)/t,较改造前降低了90.7%,节能效果明显。同时取消了油溶性破乳剂,每年节省三剂费用120万元,有效降低了三剂成本。切水带油以及COD较改造前也明显下降,为下游污水场运行提供有利条件。后续要继续优化混合压差与超声波功率之间匹配等问题,积极研究原油进厂预处理、液压自动排泥工艺,为装置安全平稳、长周期运行提供技术支撑。Through the use of ultrasonic demulsification, intelligent response and other related technologies to transform the electric desalting unit, the electric desalting transformation has significantly improved operation efficiency, making average salt content at 1.62 mg/L, well below the requirements of not more than 3 mg/L, and slashing electric desalting equipment power consumption to only 0.104 (kW.h)/t, or 90.7% lower than before. The energy-saving effect is obvious. At the same time, the oil-soluble demulsifier is no more needed, savings related cost of 1.2 million yuan per year. The oil in water draining and the COD has also significantly decreased after the transformation, providing favorable conditions for downstream sewage treatment. We will continue to optimize the matching between mixing strength and ultrasonic power, and improve crude oil pretreatment and hydraulic automatic sludge discharge process, in order to provide technical support for the safe, stable and long-term operation in the electric desalting unit.
